Who is Safe Water Instruction Methods?
 
All of our professional American Heart Association Instructors, American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors and Lifeguards have been background screened and fingerprinted by the Broward County Child Care Licensing and Enforcement Section. With a combined 23 years of aquatics experience, our professional Rescue Firefighters, EMT/Paramedics, Water Safety Instructors, Lifeguards, and CPR/AED/First Aid instructors have joined together to become one of the leading learn to swim schools in Florida!
 
All of our Water Safety Instructors have taught swimming lessons and lifeguarded at local preschools, aquatic complexes, beaches, summer camps, and once a year volunteer with the Broward County Swim Central drowning prevention program.

Safe Water Instruction Methods, Inc. is a proud authorized provider of the American Red Cross aquatics training programs and supports the American Heart Association (ECC) programs.
 
The newly updated American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program combines the best in swim instruction with an even stronger emphasis on drowning prevention and water safety. These courses we offer are available for a variety of ages and skill levels to encourage a healthy, lifelong recreational habit and to help keep your family safe. Our aquatics program is designed to teach children and adults in a fun and relaxed environment without crowds, giving you the best opportunity to learn and participate! For your convenience we send our instructors to your home or community pool and teach you to swim where you feel most comfortable. If you do not have access to a swimming pool or your home pool and community pool is not heated we do offer swimming lessons at the Pompano Beach aquatics center.
 
The American Heart association is the leader in research and education of cardiac care and prevention. AHA training is the standard within the healthcare community which bases patient care on its recommendations. When you become AHA certified in CPR, you can rest assured that the lifesaving care you provide is based on real research and testing.
 
We support the American Heart Association’s Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) programs that reduce disability and death from acute circulatory and respiratory emergencies, including stroke, by improving the chain of survival in every community and in every healthcare system. Increasing public awareness of the importance of early intervention and ensuring greater public access to defibrillation will save many lives!
 
Our CPR/AED/First Aid program is designed to teach the lay responder to the medical professional these comprehensive skills that help people prevent, prepare for and respond to cardiac emergences! For your convenience we bring the classroom to you! We furnish the equipment, documentation and teaching materials to train you at home or your office staff onsite. Flexible scheduling is available, including evenings and weekends. We have real-world experience utilizing the skills and concepts in our courses. We don’t limit ourselves to our credentials—we have the experience to back up the lessons we teach.
